Refund policy

Returnable items
Juna Fae earrings can be exchanged or returned within five days of receipt. Please make sure that items are carefully packed in their original packaging, returned unworn, and undamaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.

Non-returnable items 
Each Juna Fae ring is custom-made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. Please note that returns on gift cards and sale items are also not permitted.

We recommend carefully selecting your ring size before placing your order. If you’re unsure about which size to choose, please schedule a ring sizing appointment through our website, consult our ring size guide, or contact us at info@junafae.com for personalized assistance.

Resizes 
We offer a one-time complimentary ring resizing service on online orders only. If your ring needs resizing, please reach out to us at info@junafae.com. Any additional resizes beyond the first will incur a fee of €50 per ring.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will enable us to address the issue promptly and make it right as soon as possible.
