Earrings, necklaces and bracelets
You can return earrings, necklaces and bracelets within 14 days of delivery. Let us know by email at info@junafae.com, then send the piece back unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your own cost. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the piece.

Rings
Every Juna Fae ring, from our collection or made with you, is made to order in your ring size and gold color. Because it is made to your specifications, a ring cannot be returned or exchanged once your order is placed.

Resizing
The first resize of a ring ordered online is complimentary. The same counts for engagement rings. Further resizes cost €50 per ring.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will make it right.

Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Warranty
Every piece comes with our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Lifetime Warranty page for what is and isn't covered.
