Shipping
Shipping is complimentary worldwide on every order. We ship with DHL; every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. For orders outside the EU, we cover import duties and taxes, so nothing is due on delivery. You can also collect your order from our Antwerp studio, Regine Beerplein 1, 2018 Antwerp.

Delivery times
- Collection rings are made to order and ship, or are ready to collect, within 6 to 8 weeks.
- Earrings, necklaces and bracelets ship within 10 days, in every gold color.
- Custom and bespoke pieces can take up to 12 weeks, depending on the design. We confirm the timing with you before you order.

Rush orders
Need your piece sooner, for a proposal or a special date? Rush orders are possible on request. Tell us your date before you order and we'll let you know honestly what is possible.
